I’m a geek when it comes to alternative medicine, nutrition and just about anything that I think would help myself and the people around me achieve optimal health and wellness. And so as a past-time activity, I would randomly search up articles, books or websites on the topic and put the findings or claims to the test.
On one of my random moments, I came across Rachelle Wood‘s website and I was estactic–not so much for myself alone, but for everyone who has been asking me how I came to lose my weight and maintained it.
I’ve only lost around 30 pounds after giving birth, but here, Rachelle lost a good 100 pounds since she graduated from The Canadian School of Natural Nutrition. And believe me, she knows what she’s talking about when it comes to nutrition, diet and weight loss. And she shares great insights, tips, musings and tidbits with us on the podcast.
What you will find out in this session:
- Rachelle’s recollection of how she lost her weight
- Three things everyone should do if they wish to lose weight
- Her personal meal plan
- The key behind her program’s success (she’s helping Canadians lose a lot of pounds!)
- How she won the Prince Edward Island’s 2011 Young Entrepreneur Award From BDC
- And more…
